HOW TO ORDER - Via Internet
To order via our website click on the 'Buy now' option beside the item(s) you would like to purchase. You will see the items in your shopping cart down the right hand side of the page. When you have completed your order click on the 'PayPal Check Out' option. This will give you a list of the items in your shopping cart. You have the option to remove any item or increase/decrease the quantity of each item. If you are happy with your shopping cart click on the 'PayPal Click Here To Pay' option which takes you to the Secure PayPal site which will accept your payment via Credit Card. Please note that you do NOT have to have a Paypal Account to pay for your items by credit card through Paypal.
OTHER PAYMENT METHODS
Should you wish to pay by cheque or postal order simply e-mail us your order details to sales@allagesjewellery.co.uk including the 'Item Code' and 'Quantity' required. We will confirm your order by e-mail, within 24 hours, and advise you at that time of full details for sending payment by cheque, postal order or other means.
MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER
Minimum wholesale order is £75.00 (No VAT charged)
Orders submitted which fall below the minimum order will not be processed. You will be asked to choose further items to reach the £75 minimum or a refund will be given.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
£9.00 within mainland UK.
For any other destination, please e-mail us for postage charges.
CHEQUES
Cheques should be payable to "Jewel-Ar-Lee" and posted to:

Please allow 7-10 days for cheque to clear.
DELIVERY
All items are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. If you are paying by cheque, Items will be despatched when payment clears.
RETURNS
All Jewellery is checked and well packaged before despatch. Should any item reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us at sales@allagesjewellery.co.uk within 7 days. We will replace or refund as required. A RMA number must be obtained for all items being returned. Our liability is limited to a credit on items found to be defective through faulty materials or workmanship.
Should you wish to return non-faulty items, please e-mail us at sales@allagesjewellery.co.uk within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a RMA number and return details. Please note that non-faulty items will be returned at the cost of the purchaser. Please obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office as we can not be held responsible for items lost in post. Items should be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them and securely packaged for return.
*Please note: Earrings can not be returned unless faulty or part of a set that is faulty.
STOCK
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Please note, that items may vary slightly in design from the picture shown.
Unless otherwise specified all items are Costume Jewellery and should be treated as such.
SAFETY
Our products are not suitable for handling by small children. Some items contain small parts which may come loose and cause a choking hazard.
PRICES
All prices on our Website are in Pounds Sterling. Due to the continuing updating of our products, we reserve the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice. The price you pay will be the one that was valid on our website at the time of your order.

We have placed links on this website to other websites that may be of interest to our customers. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their content. All Ages Jewellery cannot accept any liability in respect of the use if these websites.
